What is Dholera SIR
Dholera SIR is India’s first planned Greenfield smart-industrial city, spanning approximately 920
square kilometres. It is being developed as a modern Special Investment Region, combining
industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure planning under one umbrella.
The project is managed by Dholera Industrial City Development Ltd. (DICDL), a joint venture
