founded in 2019 by Mr. Mandeep Dhillon – a true “one-man army” who turned his dream into
one of the leading real estate brands in Dholera SIR (DSIR).
From a single desk, a laptop, and unlimited determination, Angel Nova has grown into a
structured company with multiple offices, 800+ plots delivered, 1000+ investors, and 6
premium townships spread across prime locations of Dholera Smart City.
Our Story – From Haryana to Dholera Smart City
Mandeep Dhillon comes from Haryana, with a simple background and very bold dreams. When
most people were still “waiting to see” what happens in Dholera, he decided to believe in the
vision early and started building a company around it.
He travelled, studied the policies, understood Town Planning (TP) schemes, met local people,
walked the land, and slowly started connecting genuine investors to clear-title, legally
compliant land in Dholera SIR.
What began as one man educating people about Dholera is today Angel Nova Group – a
professional organisation trusted by investors, families, NRIs, and channel partners across India
and abroad.
